"Counting The Days"

Although Harry’s life at the Dursley’s is quite bleak, in this scene we witness a rare happy moment for Harry as he opens birthday cards (delivered by owl express) from his friends at Hogwarts. In the background we see his countdown calendar as he daydreams about returning to Hogwarts, the only true home he has ever known.

The artwork was created by noted illustrator Mary GrandPre, who is famous for creating the art for all the Harry Potter book covers and chapter illustrations.

Each piece in the edition is hand-signed by Mary GrandPre.
