This dynamic illustration by Bill Sienkiewicz was created as an homage to the legendary artist, Frank Frazetta.

• Death Dealer was born out of a 1973 original fantasy painting by Frazetta. His image depicted an obscured, shadowy, armor-clad warrior atop his horse wielding a bloody axe and shield. Frazetta’s creation led to many spin-offs including merchandise, a Molly Hatchet album cover, novels and a comic book series featuring his menacing character.
